(LV) Aizpildi reģistrācijas formu un piesaki savu dalību pasākumam.
Pasākuma apmeklētājs, reģistrējoties pasākumam, apstiprina, ka ir informēts un piekrīt, ka ANNAS KOKU SKOLAS BIEDRĪBA apstrādā pasākuma apmeklētāja personas datus. Vārdu, uzvārdu, e-pasta adresi, telefonu ar mērķi:
reģistrēt apmeklētāja dalību pasākumā;
identificēt apmeklētāju kā reģistrēto dalībnieku;
atzīmēt apmeklētāju un apmeklētāja pārstāvētās iestādes dalību pasākumā;
izsūtīt apmeklētājam apliecinājuma dokumentu par dalību pasākumā;
nodrošināt pasākuma izdevumu attaisnošanu atbilstoši likuma "Par grāmatvedību" 7. pantam.
Pasākuma norises vietā tiks veikta fotografēšana, filmēšana. Iegūtie materiāli, iespējams, tiks publicēti sociālajos tīklos.
Nepiekrītot augstāk minēto personas datu apstrādei, nav iespējams apmeklēt AKS biedrības organizēto pasākumu klātienē.
(ENG) Fill in the registration form and apply for the event.
By registering for the event, the event visitor confirms that he/she is informed and agrees that the ANNAS TREE SCHOOL will process the personal data of the event visitor. Name, e-mail address, telephone with the purpose of:
register the visitor's participation in the event;
identify the visitor as a registered member;
mark the attendance of the visitor and the institution represented by the visitor;
send the visitor a proof of participation in the event;
to ensure the justification of the expenses of the event in accordance with LV law on accounting.
The venue will be photographed and filmed. Contributions may be published on social networks.
Without consent to the processing of the personal data mentioned above, it is not possible to attend the events organized by the AKS Society in person.
